 What is a structured settlement agreement ? Consideration of consent and confidentiality clauses are agreed by both parties separately to resolve disputes between them. Many examples can be seen as a divorce settlement, release and discharge, breach of contract and so on.   1. When dealing with structured settlements, it is important to have the proper knowledge. I don't know a lot about them so I know I'll have to look more into it.
